Salsa Calefacto - Heirloom Tomato Melange Hot Sauce (Super Hot)
We roast Ontario Heirloom Tomatoes and Red Bell Peppers along with fresh garlic and onions. We then pair them with aged Balsamic and Apple Cider Vinegars, Tart Pomegranite Juice, and citral savory and peppered spice notes from Javanese long pepper, Coriander and Mustard Seeds. Finally a melange of Superhot peppers including Reaper, Bhutlahs, Scorpion and Habanero. The results are blisteringly delicious. Enjoy on all foods!
