This bar is a delicious mix of smoky hot ghost pepper oil and Desbarres  Dominicana 72% dark chocolate. Upon the first bite you taste the smoky earthiness of roasted ghost peppers, then as the chocolate melts in your mouth the full chocolate explosion with a slight hint of fruit of the the Dominicana bar comes through.  The heat doesn't appear until the end, with a taste that leaves a warmth on your tongue and a smile on your face!
